| 11. Listing Period. The hairstylist listing maybe edited, updated or canceled at the discretion of SearchHairStylist.com at anytime. The account that you have provided will be charged at the time of the purchase for the amount of the first month subscription. After this your account will be charged monthly for the use of services provided by SearchHairStylist.com until you cancel your subscription or violate any of our policies. Listings may be renewed automatically unless expressly canceled in writing by the customer. If you wish to cancel your membership click here to access the cancellation form. Fill out and fax to 1-775-206-2667. |
| 12. Listing Approvals. All new listings will be immediately visible on the website, however, they are subject to removal if the content does not abide by the Terms of Use of this Web Site or the content is not approved by this Web Site. If your listing is not approved, you will be given an email with an explanation of the reasons and be asked to make changes. If your listing is not approved because of the licensed information cannot be verified then SearchHairStylist.com will send an email asking for updated information. If the license cannot be verified then the listing will be removed from the Web Site and all fees will be returned to the Payee. |
| 13. Indemnification. You are solely liable for any content, messages or other information you transmit, provide or upload to the Web Site.
